Refund policy

Return Process Steps: 

  1. Request a return. Request a return through the Twisted Mule Mercantile account page or by contacting us (email or phone). 
  2. A return label will be sent to you as soon as possible. 
  3. Once returned items arrive back to Twisted Mule Mercantile, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued to you. 
  4. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Defective items or unforeseen errors are not subject to the 10% restocking fee.  

Clothing and shoes may be returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. All returned items must be post marked within 14 days from the ship date to be eligible for store credit. Please include your original receipt or packing slip when shipping returns. If a packing slip or receipt is unavailable, please include your information including your name, address, phone number and email address on a separate piece of paper with returns.

Jewelry, holiday, gifts and sale items are not eligible for returns. All sales on jewelry, holiday, gifts, and sale items are FINAL. Items purchased online can be exchanged in store within 21 days. All items must be free from make up, perfume, deodorant, or the smell of smoke - Return items will not be accepted if any of these apply. All sales on custom shirts or embroidered items are final.

Twisted Mule Mercantile reserves the right to refuse returns if we determine they do not comply with our Return Policy. Items that are refused will be returned to the customer. Items that have been washed, worn, or otherwise used will be refused.

• When we receive your return item we will issue a store credit for your original purchase price, minus any shipping, to the email address listed with your return
