Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Our goal is to provide fast shipping on online orders. Orders placed without customizations (embroidery) will ship out within 48 hours. Once shipped, a USA domestic order should arrive within 2-5 business days. A large volume of packages and orders during holiday or busy seasons can slightly increase this time. Standard Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Express shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. These time frames are estimates. If you are in a rush we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkouts.
I am local to Mountain View. Do I pay for shipping?
All orders placed online have the option for "Local Pickup." You can use this feature to collect your order at the storefront. Local pickup is FREE. Pickup orders (excluding embroidery) are typically ready within a few hours. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready.
Where do I collect my pickup order?
Picking up an order at the storefront is easy! We will send an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup order time is typically short. Pickup orders can be collected at:

How do you ship orders?
We ship our orders through USPS and UPS. Most standard shipping orders can be expected to arrive through USPS. Most expedited shipping orders can be expected to arrive through USPS.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped.
My tracking number is not working!
Tracking numbers are added to every order, but can take a while to be processed by our shipping partners. Please allow USPS & UPS to add the tracking number to their systems. This should take less than 24 business hours, typically.
What are your storefront hours?
Regular business hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00AM-5:00PM.
Winter Hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10:00AM-5:00PM. Winter hours run January-February.
Holidays or unforeseen circumstances may cause changes. We will make every effort to update our socials if any changes are to occur.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the fastest way to exchange my order?
The fastest way we can process exchanges is to request one through the emails you have received about your order. You can enter your email through this account link to track orders and request a return.
This allows us to have the required shipping information of the original item & speed up the return process for you.
How do I start a return?
You can request a return through the confirmation email sent when you placed your order or by entering your email at this link.You can also email us at twistedmule19@gmail.com or call our storefront at (870)269-2726.
What happens when I make a return?
Your return will be processed as soon as possible. Your store credit will be available once your original item has been returned. Exchange items will be held until your request is processed.
I bought an item on sale.
If an item was on clearance sale at the time of purchase it is not eligible for a return. If you used a discount code (example - MULE10 on your first order), we will honor that code during your exchange.
What items are final sale?
Clearance items, holiday items, jewelry, and foods are all final sale. You can review the full return policy on our site.
About store credit!
Returns (not exchanges) will be returned in the form of store credit. You will receive an email with your store credit once your return is processed.
I received a defective item.

I bought an item online. Can I exchange it in person?
Yes! We would love to see you. Our store is located at 116 Howard Avenue in Mountain View, AR.

Yes! First time buyers can use code "MULE10" for 10% off their first order.
Will you be restocking an item?
We're sorry the item you want is sold out! You should see an option to sign up to be notified if an item restocks on the product's page. Not all items will be restocked.
How do Twisted Mule Insider emails work?
Twisted Mule Insider emails are sent once a week. We do not spam your inbox. Emails are sent on Saturdays. You can sign up on our site. Insiders receive information about special discounts, new arrivals, & more!
